These services collect data relating to visits to the Site, including the pages visited, the approximate origin of visitors and the type of device used. Reasonable security measures, proportionate to the nature of the information held, are implemented to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Access to the Site is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Rights of the persons concerned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Any person may, by contacting the Person in Charge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
obtain confirmation of the existence of personal information concerning them and access it;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
have any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information rectified;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
obtain the deletion of their personal information in the cases provided for by law;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
withdraw consent to the processing of their information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a satisfactory response is not obtained, the person concerned may contact the Commission d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'information du Qu\u00e9bec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
